Project Background
The first stage construction of Beijing Metro Line 10 occupied 24.6 km, which was underground with 22 station platforms and the average station distance was 1116 meters.
Product Application
This project firstly adopted the conductive technology of homemade steel-aluminum conductor rail. The steel-aluminum conductor rail of Saitong Railway Electrification (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. absorbed the advanced technology and craft from Siemens, with the advantages of light weight, small section, easy installation, high current carrying quality, excellent wear resistance and long service life. Because of the small resistance, the electric energy loss of steel-aluminum conductor rail was less than that of steel conductor rail in fixed power supply, which could decrease costs through cut down on transformer substations.
