- iPS-Logic system includes database server, dial-up server, Web server, engineer station, operator station, control station, communication station and data acquisition station.
At the communication station level, CIU can realize 3-Logic's connection with intelligent units like PLC, ABB relaying protection units, Siemens relaying protection units, INT relaying protection units, electrical meter, DC panel, temperature sensor, pressure sensor and photosensors. With the application software at the data acquisition station and the operating station, iPS-Logic can realize the information interchange with the enterprise management computer network, real-time data acquisition, real-time flow view, real-time trend browse, alarm report and review, switching value displacement report and review, report data storage, fault record and review, historical trend storage and review, report generation and output under the corporate network environment, eventually getting the comprehensive automation achieved.
iPS-Logic system, covering not only the conventional functions of DCS, like security, redundancy, network extension, integrated user interface, information access, analog input/output, digital input/output and loop control, but also some special functions like high-speed digital processing, SOE and PLC, provides graphic configuration tools and client functions like SCFBD, SCLD, CC and SCC. The flexible conversion of the system can realize the process control of a single unit and the overall automation and integration.
