Zhenjiang Daqo Eaton Electrical Systems Co., Ltd. was established in March 1996 as the joint venture between Zhenjiang Electrical Equipment Factory (Daqo Group) and Holec Holland (Eaton America) who hold the 50% share of the JV, the total capital registered is $ 5 million. This joint venture manufactures and sells M.V. switch panels, VCB and fittings and it's located in Yangzhong, a garden city 40 kilometers away from Zhenjaing City, Jiangsu, China.
In Feb. 2003, Eaton acquired Holec. In Oct. 2004, Zhenjiang Holec has been changed to be Zhenjiang Eaton. In Feb. 2008, Zhenjiang Electrical Equipment Factory which as the JV's Party A transferred its 50% share to Daqo Group, so Zhenjiang Eaton changed its name to Zhenjiang Daqo Eaton.
In the past years, Zhenjiang Daqo Eaton continuously developed its business which enables its annual sales from 45 million CNY in 1996 to 600 million CNY now. About 70% of its 400 employees have received college education.
